Terms and Conditions June 2005

The following terms and conditions apply to all sales made after the posted date and replaces any and all previous agreements except where a written agreement is on file.

TERMS OF SALE Standard terms of sale are net 30 days with approved credit, unless otherwise stipulated. VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 charge. Invoices older than 30 days will carry a 1.5% monthly service charge. All past due accounts will be placed on Credit hold until the matter is resolved. All payments are due in U.S. currency. NEW ACCOUNTS Minimum Order: The “initial” order for a “new account” is $150.00. Credit card will be verified before order is shipped. ORDERING Orders will not be processed without approval of an authorized representative or valid purchase order. Until the “Shopping Cart” is available, all orders should be faxed to: 301-631-2010. RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUSALS Unauthorized returns/exchanges will not be accepted unless authorized by owner and your account must be current. Merchandise may be assessed a handling fee. MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT All damages or defects must be reported within 10 days from delivery date. Check each shipment immediately. Retain carton and packaging material for claim shipping. EXISTING ACCOUNTS There are no minimum order restrictions for “existing accounts”. Term adjustments will be made on an individual basis and will be based on payment history. PRICING Prices are subject to change without notice. If the price adjustment affects an ‘unfilled’ order, the customer will be notified of such change prior to assembling and shipment.
