Fred and Madeline Shapiro started Alpenglow Art in 1989. They promoted quality framing of fine art prints at reasonable wholesale prices and could proudly proclaim ... MADE IN THE USA. After 15 years, Fred and Madeline decided to retire to Florida and Alpenglow Art was sold to Jerry and Diana Stepanik in March 2005.

Jerry and Diana met in Vietnam, as Army nurses, and both completed 20+ years in the Army. Their pride in America and its history runs deep. Diana’s family roots have been traced back to the American Revolution. Jerry is a history buff and really enjoys the Historic documents and prints of the famous battles. Diana, a country girl, likes the village and rural scenes, which tend to remind her of her youth and fond memories of being in the country.

"We are looking forward to this new venture and are ready to work to move Alpenglow Art to another level, while maintaining the established business relationships and attracting new customers. Our primary goal is to provide a quality product, on time and at a reasonable price, to our customers. Our customer/client orientation, organizational skills and familiarization with automation technology will help us to be more efficient and provide quality customer service.

We are excited about the future of Alpenglow Art and meeting your needs. Please let us know if you have suggestions on how we can improve our service and our products."
